Executive coaching relationships are very personal and built on trust. Finding the right connection is key to both my clients and myself. Giving you the time, trust and guidance you deserve is my priority.
Passion
After 30+ years as an executive leading large and small healthcare organizations, I have shifted my time to focus exclusively on my passion - developing executive leaders to reach their full potential.

Experience and Background
Leadership Experience
- President & CEO of an integrated healthcare delivery system with annual revenue of $500 million, 2400+ employees, and nearly 200 employed providers. Focus: Developing leaders, growth, strategy, operations, full P/L responsibility.
- Executive Vice President and Chief Administrative Officer for small (15 provider) medical group that grew to a statewide medical group with 240+ providers in a 10 year period. Focus: Developing leaders, growth, strategy, operations, and full P/L responsibility.
- Chief Integration Officer for a statewide health system with annual revenue of $2.3 billion. Supported the integration of 5 regional healthcare delivery systems to move a unified statewide delivery system. Focus: Facilitating and coaching executive leadership teams from multiple regional functions, including regional presidents, as we integrated functions across the system.
- Chief Administrative Officer for medical group, owned by a health system, with more than 1000 providers. Focus: Co-lead integration efforts to bring together multiple regional medical groups into statewide integrated medical group which entailed facilitating and coaching physician executives and other executives to lead through change in their markets.
- Vice President of Operations and Process Excellence for integrated healthcare system focused on transformational change. Focus: Coaching executive leaders to create a culture of continuous improvement within their areas of responsibility and across functional areas.
- Vice President of Process Excellence for a large insurance company seeking to create transformational change among its executive leaders. Focus: Coaching executive leaders to create a culture of continuous improvement in order to become a more integrated and effective organization.
